I've got the Inno3D GTX 770 Herculez 3000, which is think is the fastest among the 770s, it's really runs great, very quiet, and too cool! 
, i call it my BEAST!
but if you can get the r9 290 non-reference, it will surely be better for you, for it is much faster, but you won't get G-sync, Cuda, PhysX, ShadowPlay, Geforce Experience, but instead you will get Mantle, and faster graphics!, 770 is suitable for 1080p anyway!
