Computer will be used for light gaming and everyday use.

I'm clearly not overclocking. Will the stock cpu heatsink keep this cpu at good temps or is it just better to buy a aftermarket?

I'm trying to save some money. If do do get a aftermarket color. I would prefer a closed loop 120mm watercooling system like a coolermaster/corsair or is this just a big waste of money for this build.

The stock cooler is fine for most people. Some people go with a third party cooler just to reduce the amount of noise the system makes. Only once have I done this and that fan died after a year. Plus I have two systems on 24/7. The stock fans are just not that noisy to me.

Money is not a huge problem its a small case. I just don't want to buy an aftermarket heat-sink if the stock one is going to achieve decent temps. I have personally never used a stock cooler before. So I don't know what to expect.

Okay, But as I have stated I have never used stock coolers before. What should I expect for temps using the stock one. Same with noise. I don't want to be able to hear it like a vacuum lol. I also don't want to go cheap one one part of a decent build:(

The stock coolers will keep the CPU cool enough, but they can be a bit noisy.
A water cooler would be pointless because you don't need the extra cooling power and these tend to be noisy as well.
Skythe Big Shuriken 2 is a good low profile cooler.

If I were to go with a aftermarket cooler I would want it to be black and red to match my video card. I don't see to many options out there for this. I also do not have a amazing amount of clearance in this case for a cooler.

Give me your honest answers. Am I better off just buying a nice aftermarket cooler? lol, I have a feeling I am going to be disappointed in the stock one.

The clearance was the reason I suggested a low profile cooler. I think many tower coolers would not fit.
Zalman make a number of coolers with copper heat sinks and black fans. These might be what you are looking for.
Maybe this:

Probably best to choose a cooler with a PWM fan rather than one with manual fan control.

Not sure which Team ram you have in mind.
Choose low profile memory without a tall heat sink.

The problem with doing this is removing the stock cooler without damaging the CPU and then cleaning it ready for the after market cooler.

I looked on pcpartpicker at finished builds using the case I am getting. Most people are going for 120mm seal watercooling kits due to space issues. Ermmmmm..

Zalman make a cooler specifically for miniITX:
