Hi, i am building a custom loop to cool a 4770k and a 780ti, both over clocked.
I have decided based on some preliminary research to get the following:

CPU Block : EK-Supremacy Full Nickel
GPU Block : EK-FC780 Acetal + Nickel
Radiator : XSPC AX360
Pump : Laing D5
Reservoir : XSPC D5 Dual Bay Reservoir

I wanted to know if this will supply sufficient cooling, and also a recommended case, budget isn't too much of a problem, but I don't want to have to mod the case. Feel free to provide any other suggestions for improvements or equal parts that are cheaper, I am in the UK, so not everything will be available.

Thanks,
Olafgarten

I hate bay reservoirs because of the fact that you need to cut some more tubing so you can pull out the reservoir to refill it, making the tubing look more clumsy and increasing the chance of tubing kinks. For the case, I recommend a Corsair 750D. You can mount an XSPC AX 360 radiator at the top and an AX 240 at the front for maximum cooling, even with SLI in the future.

Bay reservoirs I'm fine with, but any bay mounted pump solutions I don't think are a good idea. Pumps vibrate, and mounted in the 5.25" bays there is no room to decouple (pad against vibration) so it will get noisy.
Also for that loop, the AX360 is about at the threshold between sufficient and insufficient rad space. I would consider getting another rad.

Whether you will have to mod the case depends on what you decide to do, and what case you have (cause we dont know :p).

For a two component build I got a big 360 rad for the same reason so that I could clock the system a little and it is not bad.

the Video card is clocked to 850 and the CPU is at stock speeds but you can see how clocking would rise the temps on the system.

I would Recommend two 360mm radiators but that is only for clocking, as one 360mm radiator would hold good temps at stocks speeds

Yes, I recommend XSPC radiator stands and AX series radiators if you are going to want to make a stand though.

You would benefit from that extra 120mm rad space I think, but more than that probably wontl be much improvement. When it comes to radiator space, having "extra" rad space doesn't net you better performance.
That, and the rad space you can have comes down to your case, few cases can fit a 480mm for instance.
