How much of a bottleneck should I expect?

Last year, I got a new desktop not knowing anything about computers and now I decided to upgrade from an A8 5600k APU and am adding a new AMD 7950 with 3gb Vram pretty soon. I am on a tight budget so I can't replace the CPU and mobo for a while though so I decided it was best to start with GPU. What kind of FPS should I expect if in games like skyrim with some texture mods and an ENB? I also am getting a 600W PSU if it was needed to know.
more system specs:
MSI MS-7778 (Jasmine) mobo
A8 5600 APU 3.6 GHz
8 GB RAM PC3-12800 MB/sec DDR3-1600

The CPU and the GPU will work fine together without bottleneck. Skyrim is not that much demanding and you should have high fps but I cant guess how many exactly, it also depends on resolution, details and situations.
