Can I run bf4 ultra with GTX 770+AMD APU A10 6800K on around 60 frames.
ps I use windows 7 if that helps.

The GPU certainly can, but it may be held back by that APU.

I can't give you numbers as that CPU+GPU combo is not too common.

Here's a video where the guy explores the concept of bottlenecking, you should expect playability similar to the last test (maybe a little worse), where he simulates the i3 processor:

Most certainly, the a10 you have can play on high with 45-50 GPS and with a 770, you should get at least 80-100 fps on ultra with no v-sync. I have a core i5 3800k and a 770 and I get 90 fps on ultra without v-sync. But for record, the a10 6800k has integrated graphics that are WAY better than intels, but you have a pretty good deal doing that, BUT I recommend using amd cards with amd CPU because there can be errors with AI and physics because amd does not support physx so the gpu and CPU will sometimes generate the same physic at once causing your game to crash. Plus if you are getting nvidia with amd CPU, there we be many performance errors and sometimes fps drops by the 10s so I do recommend amd with amd
