Something like this should do.
FX6300 for CPU would still be ok, but with 8320 you are less likely to need an upgrade any time soon.
R9 270 or a 7870 options for graphics as well if you can get them for a good price. Or need to save a bit of money.
The R9 270X is faster but only about 8% or so.
