I am connecting my old SATA 500gb hd via a SATA/IDE ->USB Bridge. My pc (Windows 7) see this as a BASIC drive, but is continually asking me to format before use... There is information on there I need to attain before I reformat this disc, but can't seem to find the way to access this info... PLEASE HELP!
