Current:
250GB Samsung 840 evo SSD
500GB HDD
8GB 1866DDR3 Gskil Ripjaws (Got it for the same price as 1600, don't judge XD)
MSI GTX 760
Interested in CPU heavy games (Rome Total War 2, BF4, Skyrim, among other less intensive games)

Problem:
Need a CPU + MoBo
Budget is ~$360 MAX, preferably lower
Will be getting a bundle from microcenter (note some prices are actually lower in cart than bundle says)

Options:
$360 - i7-4770k with ASRock Extreme 4 Motherboard
$330 - i7-4770k with MSI Z87-G41 Motherboard
$300 - i5-4670k with ASRock ""
$270 - i5-4670k with MSI ""
Note: i5-3570k/i7-3770k are out of question, not interested in Ivy Bridge

Question:
Given my interests, What do you all recommend? Note that if I spend less than $360, I am willing to purchase an aftermarket CPU cooler and OC. Already own a GPU, so don't say throw into a more powerful GPU. Thanks!

The i5-4670K will handle everything you need, performance difference is negligible for gaming compared to i7,so the i7 only if you're like video editing and such, the AsRock Extreme 4 is great for overclocking activities, it would be just a great combo, get the $60 remaining to purchase the aftermarket CPU cooler.
