Hi guys, I need an expert opinion on this.
I'm trying to install an XFX HD 5770 video card in my HP ENVY 700-019.
When I do, the fan of the video card starts spinning, and my HP ENVY 700-019 starts to beep.
(there's no image on the monitor)
I made sure the card is properly inserted, and the 6-pin power cable is firmly attached to it.
The card was working fine in my old DELL XPS PC.
Is it because the power supply is not powerful enough?!
I checked the minimum specs of the 5770 card, it says it needs a minimum of 450W

the HP has a 460W power supply.
