Please solve my problem I don't want to buy a new MOBO.
I already cleared CMOS (By removing the battery and sorting the pins) but my problem is not solved.
Still "NO BEEPING SOUND OF BOOT" & The computer is receiving the power.

REMOVED THE RAM
REMOVED THE HDD
REMOVED THE Optical DRIVE
Already did these but I'm not able to solve my problem.

It was working fine yesterday & I have not added any new component or never changed the settings Or never did any Overclocking.

I thought the CPU is not switching ON or getting Power but the cpu fan runs & when only CPU is connected its getting warm I think CPU is getting power but its not switching ON.
My "Biostar TA785G3 HD" MOBO lights are On.
I don't have any standalone PCIe gfx card installed in my computer.

Please HELP.

@Theironlefty
I was using corsair cx 400w PSU.
with this computer for the past 3 years and I never had this problem
but yesterday at around 11:00 P.M. suddenly its not booting not even letting me to enter BIOS.
all the fans inside the computer (including the CPU fan) spins.
I took the MOBO out of the cabinet and put it above the mobo anti-static bag and connected:
1.CPU
2.RAM
3.PSU (24 pin + 4 Pin) Connector.
Then when I switched on the PC From mobo switch its not turning on.
(one time it turned on and turned off without any beep or booting sound.)

i.e. its not even starting if if try to star with open MOBO.
so now I've put my mobo and all the other components inside my pc cabinet and then also its has the same problem........PC starts but NO booting Sound No display on the screen.
NO POST.
Anybody experienced this problem and fixed it ?

I've not REMOVED the CMOS battery for 15 minutes. (In the user manual it was written the BIOS can be cleared/retored to default by sorting the pins beside the CMOS Battery (2&3) I did this and also removed the battery for not for that much time.
I'll now try your solution hope this will solve my problem.

I only have 2 GB corsarir ram installed in one of the ram slots. (have 4 slots) I already tried changing the ram slots but the problem still remains the same.
not even a single beep or boot sound can be heard but all the components inside the computer seems to be getting power.
My biostar TA785G3 HD Mobo is glowing 4 red lights near the RAM SLOTS.

is this the usual problem with AMD computers (when it gets old (eg. 3years or so) or you've seen this problem in intel computers as well ? I've already did the my PSU (corsair cx 400w) Sorting-Pin test :)
by connecting only the cabinet fan to the PSU and sorting the Green PIN And Black (Ground Pin) with the Paper Clip & When I switched on the PSU the Fan SPINS.
I think My PSU is Good.
but I don't know how I'll determind my MOBO got fried or my CPU got damaged.
I don't know I'll be able to fix this issue or not, though I'm also a computer guy but Never faced this situation in my entire life.
Its been One Day I didn't hear a single Beep From my AMD Machine.
Not feeling well. :(

I've had the same problem on my old intel system and clearing CMOS fixed it, don't think I've seen this before :S

If you're not getting any beep codes then it's likely that it's a mobo problem, but it'd be pain to test which of the two is the culprit

I Finally Found My AMD Computer
"No Boot No POST COMPUTER ERROR."
But Still Have No Solution To Fix It.

Now when I observed the LED's of my biostar TA785G3HD MOBO after reading the manual I found out that the Last 2 LED's are not lighting up.
(it has 6 LED's) & the Last 2 LED's are in "Off State" which Indicates
"Abnormal Cpu Chipset Error biostar"
Anyway to fix it ?
or buying a new Mobo & a CPU will Solve the issue ?

##########################################
My System Config.
Mobo:biostar TA785G3HD
Cpu: AMD Athlon x4 630
PUS:Corsair CX 400W
Memory:Corsair 2GB 1333Mhz Single Stick.
##########################################

Still kinda hard to accurately determine whether it's the CPU or Mobo side which is causing the CPU Chipset error

If you do not have any spare parts or friends with parts whom you can test with then a new motherboard of the same socket (preferably the same board otherwise you'd need to reinstall Windows) would be a start to determine whether any of your other parts are damaged as well.

CPU related deaths are generally caused by poor overclocking (with high voltages and all) and inadequate cooling so I'd rule that out (had a friend who nearly started a fire with a bad overclock )

Sorry for replying late, Today I'm may go to a computer shop near my house with only my mobo, cpu and PSU & will tell him to inspect with his working PSU if the system powers up & boots then I'll be very happy in fixing the PSU (If its broken) & if the PC doesn't boot with his PSU then I also thinks its a board problem as I never Overclocked the CPU or any other thing of my computer, that day I just turned off my computer and after then I faced this problem,I'll inform you guys whats the status of my situation. I don't have any separate gfx card attached to my computer. by the way wish you all a very Happy Christmas,From Evewin Lakra (Jamshedpur) (India)

Just now came home, went to one electrician shop with my
Corsair CX400W PSU to test its voltages and after testing all the
24Pin Mobo Power Connector + 4Pin CPU Connector, the electrician said the PSU is Fine. (It presented the same voltages in each pin which was mentioned in the Mobo manual)
Now I'm left with 2 Culprits.
1. Either My Biostar TA785G3HD Mobo is Faulty (After using it for 3.5 Years)
or
2. My AMD Athlon x4 630 is faulty. (I know its rare for CPU to fail as my cpu still gets hot when I switch on my computer)

Both the parts are now out of warranty.
So according to you people what should I do now ?
Should I buy:
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
(Flipkart Price:Rs. 4395)
http://
or
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard
(Flipkart Price:Rs. 3000)
http://

To pair it with my 3.5 Years old AMD Athlon x4 630

Or
Should I buy a completely New System (Mobo+CPU) ?
Eg.
Mobo:Gigabyte/Asus
CPU:AMD FX 8350 Or Intel 3.5 GHz LGA1155 Core i7 3770K
http://
http://
I mostly work in adobe PhotoShop and other adobe video editing programs.

If I have to buy a new rig then my Budget will be approx 35000 (Indian Rupee) (Around 530 USD) (Including CPU+Mobo+Ram) (Excluding HDD,PSU,System Case)
But I don't think my Corsair 400 watt power supply will be able to handle FX 8350 or Intel i7 3770K.
waiting for your suggestions.

I finally found which part of my computer is faulty:
its not the Biostar motherboard but its Amd Athlon ii x4 630 Processor.

On 18th December 2013 I Turned off my computer normally
(at around 9:00 P.M. Indian Standard Time) and when I switched on my P.C. on the same day at around 11:00 P.M. I'm Not Getting P.O.S.T. (Power On Self Test) (No Beep No Post) the cpu fan spins,
the system fan spins, the motherboard power up,Processor gets Hot but No POST.
At 1st I thought its a small problem so I Cleared the CMOS but still the problem remained.
That time I thought my Biostar TA785G3 HD Ver. 5.x Motherboard is having some problem and that is why I'm not able to "boot" or able to enter "BIOS setup" but after trying my level best I finally know that my Amd Athlon ii x4 630 Processor is faulty.
#################
I've bought this Amd Athlon ii x4 630 Processor from:
"Vedant Computers Sales Pvt Ltd"
(033) 22129832
26, Near Chandni Crossing, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Dharmatala, Kolkata 700013
#################
I've bought this Amd Athlon ii x4 630 Processor On: 7th June 2010.

I've Never Overclocked my Amd Athlon ii x4 630 Processor.
It was running in STOCK-Speed from the begining till 18th December 2013.
if my processor is out of warranty then what should I do ?

Let me tell you,how I found that My AMD Athlon ii x4 630 Processor is faulty.
I've already checked my Corsair CX 400W PSU (Power Supply Unit) with a technician who checked all the voltages of the PSU and its working Fine.

On 21st January 2014 I travelled to Ranchi from my city Jamshedpur I took my Motherboard,Processor and Ram to one computer shop who sells AMD stuffs (The Computer Shop Person Installed my CPU in a brand new "Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard" and its showing the same result that is, its not Booting Beeping Or POSTING,
Then the shopkeeper opened his Brand new pack of one AMD Sempron processor and he intalled in in the New Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard,it POSTED right up and Then I told him to put the New Sempron Processor in my Biostar TA785G3 HD Ver. 5.x motherboard and my board also POSTED and Beeped so the end result is that my Amd Athlon ii x4 630 Processor is faulty.
My AMD Computer Configuration Which I was running:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 630
MotherBoard: Biostar TA785G3 HD Ver. 5.x
Power Supply Unit: Corsair CX 400W
RAM/Memory: 2GB X 1 Stick DDR3 1333Mhz Corsair
HDD: Western Digital Green Hard Disk.

The Sempron is known to use less power.
That could be the reason, that the MOBO failed to provide enough(even so your PSU is good enough) power to the athlon.

A dead CPU would case the MOBO to POST.

If the motherboard wasn't faulty it would POST.
But again, motherboard are tricky, some parts might work some dont.
