I recently purchased core i5-4670 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116898
with a MSI Z87-G43 mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130694
and the following CPU cooler and Ram

CPU Cooler - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103064

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144

I am using those components with parts from my old pc, sadly my old pc mobo or ram died, if anything both my PC would just shutoff on its own within 10-15 secs off turning it on, sometimes it gives me a display other times no display at all, I am sure its not my GPU fault because i tried removing it and tried onboard same issue, I could be mistaken as I am no expert. My old pc components are the following

GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150464

Hard Drive - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136218

Case - Cooler Master Storm Scout, couldn't find a link from newegg but i am sure most of you are aware of what it is

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005&Tpk=Corsairtx%20650

Sound Card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102019

Now my question as the title suggest will my PC bottleneck, now i do not planning on overclocking and etc i am just to run all games at max settings on 1680x1050 atm untill i get a new monitor as well.

I will defiantly purchase a GPU in the future, just i would prefer to save a bit atm and would like to see the GPU market's prices drop or some deals open up on newegg. I was originally contemplating on purchasing the MSI TF2 GTX 660 until it got discontinued or out of stock.

So ya i am hoping to not buy a gpu atm and possibly buy it with a monitor in 2014 some time around feb or march. Or will my current PC configuration cause bottlenecking? Keep in mind i do have 200$ to spare for an GPU IF Needed!

Since i am fairly new coming back to this market of pc hardware, I have had a hard time with ATI's or now AMD drivers especially when it came to FPS games. Is it improved now? from back around 2009-10 I was hoping to try out nVidia, and like I said before I do have 200$ to spare for a GPU. And will there be a price drop on the current gpus anytime soon? Or is there going to be new line of GPUS coming in that's more updated and better performance for the price. And I will look in to the 7870
