Im currently using windows 8.1 on My dell Inspiron 5720 i7 3rd Gen up tp 2.9GHz , 64 bit 8Gb RAM ,64 bit.
It sometimes feels as if windows is a little bit laggy. So i dont now if it is Windows 8.1. My task manager sometimes(all the time) struggles to open and i think with my specs i should be able to open it quiker. Is it a good idea to buy windows 7 Home , Pro and why? or refresh windows 8.1?
