wireless printer problems

Hi. Not sure where to ask this so I threw it in here. I have a wireless printer and just about every time I go to use it it shows offline or unavailable. The only way to get it to work is go to add device or printer and go through all that and reinstall the driver. We have 5 PC's in the house and have the same problem on all. Any ideas of the problem?

You only need to have it set to static IP if the IP keeps changing. Having printers on an static IP is a good idea anyway though, so can't hurt to do that. Set it to something high like .100 so it does not interfere with other devices, and take that IP out of the DHCP scope on the router. If you are not sure how to do that, you may be OK without it as a 100 address should be plenty high that nothing will want to take that address.
