should i download all the things on this page? i just built my pc a cpl months ago and im still new to everything, can anyone help me with basic things i should have that i may have missed? ive been having audio problems so i went to redownload my drivers to see if that fixed it, and i just want to make sure i have everything i should have. thanks.
