Processor:Amd Phenom 9950 quad core processor (4 cpus) 2.6GHZ
4GB RAM
operating system: Windows 7 32 bit
direct x version:D irect x 11
video card:EVGA Nvidia gefore gtx 650
This is my system specs, I have about 100~200 bucks, in order to improve my computer the best way i can. I would like recommendations about how can i use those 200 bucks the best way,so my computer will run the best way with the money i have. PS i have 40% off on all graphic cards

Solution

Then I say get a 770 now and upgrade your CPU/mobo later when you have the money, but bear in mind that your CPU will bottleneck your graphics card
You don't have enough money to upgrade the processor, motherboard and RAM.
This means all you can really do is upgrade the video card to improve performance.
A GTX 650 Ti would give you a performance improvement.
A GTX 650 Ti boost or Radeon HD 7850 would be a bigger improvement.
Really, I'd suggest saving your money and upgrading the whole system later.

If you have 40% off in all graphics cards, get a Gtx 770, beast card for a good price. However 4GB of RAM will bottleneck you system, so I would also buy the same RAM you currently have and add to the 4GB you currently have. And a 64 bit OS would be nice, because 32 don't take advantage of 8GB of RAM

Sorry, I though you had a Phenom X4 955, I misread.
Well, in that case, it's more complicated, because your it's more urgent to upgrade your CPU than your GPU, but you have 40% off in GPUs... Is that 40% off thing permanent or for a limited time?
