I think that the best one is the Asus VN247H this is because it has better and more features but the only downside is that it has a 23.6 inch screen while the BenQ GW2760HM has a 27 inch screen.
This is good for you if it is small screen that you are looking for but it was not suitable for my needs.

I also thought the 23.6 inch was too small and opted for the Asus VS248H which is 24 inches i am using it right now and it is a great monitor for the price.
