Hi, I am planning to build a very budget pc to play only dota 2 at highest setting and have decent fps? any suggestion build? :)

with a budget that low, you may as well save 300 more for a much better and more lasting PC. "Buy cheap, buy twice!" they say.

That Pc will do fine in a 22 inch monitor.
Anything bigger, and you will start cursing for not spending a bit more :D .

Still, its perfectly doable, and should run Dota 2 fine.
