Video card doesn't work

Hi guys!
So i have a problem with my graphics card. Today i turned on the computer and fans were spinning, but the screen was black, so i opened the case and saw that the video card fan wasn't spinning. The card is Gigabyte GTX 260.
Please help! :)

It happens sometimes, so now remove your card from socket clean it up or clear the dust inside, Also clean the PCI Socket as well and then reinstall your GFX Card Connect the PCIe connectors and turn on PC. Also remove and reinstall your RAMs as well. hopefully you'll get the display.
