Would my system configure/work together well and is it a good system that can run lots of modern games (like bf 4 arma 3 crysis 3 etc.)on high end settings like ultra mode. My monitor resolutions are 1920/1080. Here is my system;
Intel i5 4670k
Gigabyte z87x-d3h
MSI geforce gtx 760 2gb twin frozr
Crucial 16 Gb ballistix tactical RAM
seagate 2 tb hdd hard drive
samsung 840 120gb ssd hard drive
Corsair CX750 Builder Series
Aerocool X-Predator X3 Evil Gaming Case with 20CM Orange LED Fan
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Samsung 24x Retail SATA DVD Writer

I will be over clocking slightly to get my cpu to 4.00Ghz or a bit higher so I will only be doing light over clocking not maxium

thanks in advance

Solution
The graphics card is weak compared to the rest of the system. Especially with your requirements. You should be looking at a Nvidia GTX 770 or an AMD R9 290 at least.
All the components are fine and compatible, and you could OC a bit. But I would like to suggest to go with a HX or TX series of Corsair. CX series is not that good. And 16GB of RAM will be an overkill, stay with 8GB, sufficient for everything.

This MB will be better :

GFX is #1 priority for what you want your computer to do. You will have to scale back on other components/expectations or (as I would) earn some more to pay for what you actually want.
