Asus h81i-plus vs asrock b85m-itx?

I need to know which one is better i personally think it's the asrock but Asus has higher build quality so which mini itx of those i should take it's for a second small budget build with an i5 4570 :D

I prefer the B85 chipsets it has nearly everything the Z87 boards do just no OC. I would go that route. I prefer asus boards myself, but of those two I would go with the ASrock.

Or should i take the MSI B85I it's only 15 euro more expensive then the asrock one is it worth it?
