need help with a PSU please

i want to buy a new PSU to run a OC fx4130 4.0GHz 1.43v and eventually a HD7850 PRE-OC edition my choices are:

Your chosen units are not that good, go with this one : And OCZ filled a bankruptcy, so you may not get the warranty.

I wouldn't be getting OCZ PSU's at the moment due to the situation of the company.

So out of the above the 650W corsair would be my choice.
