WIFI disconnects if I handle the computer while it is on

I believe that I have a motherboard issue with my Dell Latitude E6400. If my computer is powered up, and I move it around and happen to touch the rear area of the computer (near around the bracket that allows the screen to fold up) then my wifi stops working, and doesn't detect anything. To solve the issue, I have to restart. Then WIFI is detected again, and everything's fine, until I try to move the computer again.

If I put the computer in Hibernate mode, and move the computer around I get no issues. I'm wondering if this is a problem with the motherboard that may be shorting out or something.

I'm very happy with this computer, still works great, except for this. A new motherboard would be an easy fix, but I want to make sure I replace the right piece. Could it be the Broadcom WIFI hardward?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

Edit: I should add that the motherboard has already been replaced once while the computer was still under warranty... Perhaps there is an issue with the board in general?

My guess is the wireless card's antenna is damaged and needs to be replaced.
If it was something else, you would be having connection issues while the laptop is and is not moving.
