Sorry I am new to building PC. Can you tell me what to do step by step.

So I watched this video it was huge help. But it still does not answer how i supposed to fix computer. When you say that I have not formatted the drive start for clean drive start how do I do this? Do I redownload windows onto a memory stick or hard drive and then boot it like that?

you have to reinstall the os on the hdd using the cd/dvd for the os in the drive and make this drive 1 boot device in the bios then restart the system with the cd in the os will ask what you want to do say erase partition then format hdd after install the os and at the end the motherboard driver .
