I have been researching a lot and I'm also not sure whether I should get 2 case fans or three. I've put 3 on my build so far. Plus will this build run bf4 on ultra above 60 fps??

You will get 70+ fps and average 85~fps and at most probably 110? It's bit tricky to determine exact fps of BF4 since your fps fluctuates in different game maps and environment.

I wouldn't of said anything if you didn't have an unlocked K series CPU and thought you might want to overclock it at some point:)

You should have atleast 3 fans in your case. One in the front of bring in cool air, one in the back and top to blow out the hot air. Also, next year!? Oh wow.. umm price always depends on whether there is competition in the model/brand.
