I have 2 GTX 670's, when I have them in SLI my computer mostly freezes and crashes, but it seems grand with one card? Is this just because of the motherboard and needs a new bios update as I seen like 2 more people have this problem or is my motherboard broke?

EDIT: My computer just froze with just one 670..

Solution
When it comes to troubleshooting a PC, there is no way to find out exactly which piece of component(s) is causing the problem.
You will really have to actually test out each parts to find out what's actually causing it.
So to ask if the cards froze , but not onboard, what should you do? No one can give a definitive answer for it.
All I can say is get a 3rd graphic card, change psu, reinstall OS, try one ram at a time, change ram, change board, etc.
Basically there are others out there with similar problem like your having, and each method of actually solving the problem will be different from one to another.
Let's say another user has the exact same setup and problem you're having and his problem is solved by changing the Power Supply...

When it froze only one 670 was plugged in...

I haven't checked whether the latest bios is from November, but update to the latest bios (not beta).
Use 1 card first and try it individually one each of the two PCIe x16 slots and see if it freezes or not.
Then do the same thing with your other GTX 670.

Lets say it does freeze with the cards, but not the onboard graphics, what do I do?

Try this, go into bios and change the PCIe x16 mode from Gen 3 to Gen 2 and see if that works.

Yeah the onboard graphics seem to be working perfectly, another thing it says that the nvidia driver has crashed and all that so I got a refund for the 2 GTX 670's and I'll stick with one card from now on, would it be best to RMA the mobo or get another card and try that first? Keep in my mind I'm pretty sure the 2 cards did not work separately either and I bought them used, and I am really sure that my PSU is grand along with my RAM. So that just leaves the motherboard if I get another card and it does not work?

I would get another card first, get GTX 770. The motherboard has 3 years warranty so, that's plenty of time to test it out.
