Ok so, i built a pc every thing is in the right place and all that jazz but when i turned on my power supply it didn't work so i tried jumping it with a paper clip the fans and the leds on the fan turned on so i thought proly all good but guess not when i took the paper clip out and plugged it in the socket didn't work sooooo need some help
