I have build a new pc
Specs.

MSI H87-G43 1150 motherboard.

I7 4770K Haswell

My older 600watt Hp power supply from my old computer

Samsung SSD Pro 250GB

Sapphire Radeon 7970 GPU

"I have replaced the motherboard twice", with the same brand and model, "no signal" is what the monitor gets, tried it on another monitor same issue.

Do you think it could be my PSU or CPU?

***Have also tried booting with no GPU installed.
I do get power to the unit, but no video signal.

Solution
Have you tried each stick of RAM by itself (step #6 on the checklist)? I don't really have any suggestions that aren't already in the checklist. It's very thorough if you perform every step.

im ok with putting my email out, this is a very smart community of people

if everything is built correctly, you may have recieved a faulty cpu

Ok guys a follow up, I have replaced my PSU instead of the default 650 watt HP powersupply.
I now have a CX 750 Power Supply installed.

Updated Specs.

I7 4770 K

Sapphire Radeon 7970

Samsung SSD 250GB Pro

16GB of 1600MHZ ram

Corsair CX 750 PSU

I still have no video signal, So with the motherboard being replaced twice, does anyone think it is the CPU or the Ram possibly causing this?

I've tested went through this entire setup, except with the Mobo speaker, which would probably tell me more about this issue.

It's even the RAM or the CPU.

Ok guys, it is now working. It was the CPU the ENTIRE TIME.
I'm sure that if I had a pc speaker installed it would have been a easier problem to resolve.

So I ordered off for a new CPU and new RAM sticks "should have knew that both ram sticks could not be defective"
and I put the new I7 4770K into the pc and it works..Boots up!
