ECS H61H2-M2 + i5 3330 can't enter BIOS

i just bougth i5 3330 with ECS H61H2-M2 motherboard. when i turn on the power, the fan on CPU is working and the led is on, buat nothing's happen. i cannot enter BIOS. Why this happen?? i try everything that i got from internet to solve it (except update BIOS).

do i need to update BIOS?? is it happen because i'm not updating it (cant enter BIOS) ??

If you just bought the motherboard then I'd imagine the BIOS is pretty recent and IVY bridge should be compatible. But it is a possibility that it was sitting in a warehouse for a few years....but if that's the case then return it.
Also, make sure your MoBo is seated properly in the case with risers(could be installed into the case) If metal is touching it it will short out and not turn on.

Hey, i have h61h2-mv board, changed secure bios settings, i set legacy boot, then computer doesnt start. Nothing happining when i press power. Power is ok, leds turn on, fans running, but nothings happening. Screen off on monitor. Can I update bios from here?
