Google shows me a board that looks to be DTX(it is as wide as matx, but only has 2 slots). if the case does not have room for the extra 2 slots it will not fit.
An mITX(as well as mdtx board with 2 expansion slots, but good luck finding one) board would fit, but only has ONE expansion slot and is not as deep, but the screws will line up.
Can I get an image of your board in the case please.

darn may i have the link to where you found this out also can thses parts fit in the motherboard thats already inside it- (Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W psu)

I know about DTX boards because I have a miniDTX case with an itx board installed in it.
Now here lies the problem. Acer does not make this info available so I do not know if any of those part fit without at least some pictures of the inside of your case.
HIVE-750. Only if the case takes ATX power supplies, if it is SFF it may take another type of power supply.
AMD FX-8320. AM3+ boards should take it, but I do not know is Acer had the board ordered to be able to take a cpu over 95 watts. Again they do not make this info available.
SAPPHIRE 100355OCL . This is a 2 slot card and it seems your video card slot is right at the bottom or top of the board(depending on how it is mounted). You have to see if you have room for it to over hang or not. I have not seen any images of the inside of that case.
