Can you guys help me out with finding a pc whether its parts or premade. I want to play games at high/ultra settings at 40/50 fps. OS needs to be included. Thanks

Solution
Well, it is a FM2+ board, but I wouldn't go with that one over the Gigabyte one. The Gigabyte one uses a superior chipset and it has 2 extra RAM slots for future upgrades. Also, a lot of MSI's lower end boards typically have problems. The Gigabyte one is overall better.

This build doesn't have an OS, but that will be a sacrifice of $70 that you will just have to make :(

The Athlon 750k is a great processor at this budget.
FM2+ motherboards will support AMD's next gen processors.
650w may be a bit overkill for this budget, but it's the same price as the XFX 550w so it's basically a free upgrade. It will be plenty any any upgrade you wish to make.

what future cpus will come out for fm2+?? and what if i use a 7790 instead?

It will support the next gen Kaveri APUs, as stated here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_FM2
"Socket FM2+ is a new AMD CPU socket design that will support the yet to be released Steamroller core Kaveri APUs. The FM2+ has a slightly different pin configuration with two additional pin sockets, however FM2+ motherboards will retain backwards compatibility with previous generation Socket FM2 APUs. Socket FM2+ APUs will not be compatible with Socket FM2 motherboards due to the aforementioned additional pins."

If you use a 7790, it will be stronger than the 7770, but there may or may not be better options than the 7790.

Oh i know the gigabyte is better, but is the MSI still a decent motherboard? btw im only using 8 gb ram and the MSI supports 32 gigs anyway, also a pci 3.0 connector. the only bad thing i really see is maybe the chipset. Is the MSI one acceptable?

I would go with this over fm2 build as no fm2 cpu will ever outmatch a 8350. fm2 quad cores are weaker than a fx 6300 (both in single core and considering that the 6300 has 2 more cores.) The am3+ option has much more upgrade potential and in my opinion is a better choice as a 6300 overclocks like a charm.

Except the fact that the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 lacks VRM heatsinks so it's horrible for overclocking. You won't get very far with that motherboard.
His build was very solid, except for one thing. The CX430 is a very low quality psu. The non-modular CX series uses low quality capacitors so it will die fairly quick. It can be a very good build if the OP does not ever plan on overclocking and the OP replaces the psu with a higher quality one.

Scrap overclocking, at this price point event an overclocked 6300 will not make a 7770 beat a 7850.
