Computer off, Power Supply on?

I actually just purchased and installed a new PSU, haven't updated my part list yet. I kept the CX500M on and I also keep my current PSU on.

if your talking about your fan on, flip switch on psu

The fan will continue to run on some models in order to cool it down sufficiently. Usually the turn off after a few minutes.

I have a Corsair VS450w PSU, my daily routine is when i shutdown the computer, i turn off the switch in PSU then AVR and unplug the AVR. Is it normal? or should i just remain the switch on in the PSU?

If it turns off after a few minutes, you can leave it on.
