How to split sound

Anyone know how I can have say youtube playing on one tv with its sound and gaming sound play on my main tv? I have two different tv's hooked up to my 780hof. I had it working earlier today but it seemed like it only works when it wants to.

When I have a game going I can switch the default device back to my main tv and play games while my daughter watches kid shows on youtube on the other tv but i kept having to make my main tv into a communications device then default device to get it to work and sometimes it doesn't always work.
I'm using windows 7 ultimate.

Browsers and their media playback plugins generally do not have options to configure which audio output they will be using so they end up using the default playback device and this is why you need to re-configure the TV you want to use as the default whenever you want browser sound on it. It may be annoying but I do not think there are any ways around it. You usually need to reload the page to reinitialize playback before it will start using the new default device.
