Just check your motherboard panel under "Front Panel Connectors" or does Asus have a little white thing that you plug your connectors into, then plug the whole thing on the motherboard? Either way just check out the manual and you'll be fine. The power and reset switches can be plugged in any way, but the LED's will only work one way. If the LED's don't work, just switch their polarity around and it will work.
