asus h61m-k restarts when connecting to net

i just bought an asus h61m-k mobo with a g2020 intel processor. i put a 500hdd that was previously installed to an amd mobo. when i first installed the hdd up to the intel processored mobo, i cancelled all the "found new hardware" driver seeks and uninstalled all the amd related drivers that are installed. then i restarted the unit and installed the intel processored mobo drivers. after that i installed my wireless network adapter driver and started to connect to the net through google chrome browser. when i first opened the browser, the unit just automatically restarted. then i tried opening chrome again, it seemed ok but when i typed the URL that i wanted to open it restarted again. the 2nd time it restarted, i uninstalled my current wireless driver which is a realtek wireless driver and reinstalled it again. things seem to go smoothly but, as i was surfing, it restarted again. then i tried unmounting my wireless and connect to my dsl with utp cable. it ran smoothly again. but after 3hrs, it started restarting again. i suspected that it is restarting because of my kaspersky antivirus. so, i tried to process all errors indicated by kav and estarted my pc. but after sometime again, restarting still persist. but now an error box appeared saying that "windows has recovered from a serious error" which never appeared before, not until this time. i stopped connecting to the net and now it runs smoothly with just offline games. now i am asking for any help about this matter

first off from another pc make sure your mb bios is up to date. in the bios make sure your ram running xmp profile. boot into safe mode and remove all the device drivers there. reboot and reinstall the mb drivers and all the drivers from asus web page or online. run malware bytes scan and hitman pro scan. if your anti virus is a few years old update to one of the newer free ones like avg or avast.

THANKS smorizio, never even thought of that. I actually got frustrated and started trying everything. Later have i found that there was a problem with the precious software of the integrated graphics. I haven't did what you said but that gave me a solution. So now i uninstalled the intel graphics, but that would just be for a short time being..If i could have more time I'm gonna reformat this thing to start fresh..thanks though!
