The motherboard does not support Crossfire as there is only 1 PCI express slot that is large enough for discrete graphics. However, the PSU should fit the case.

compatibility is ok.
The motherboard does not support crossfire; it has only one pcie x16 slot.
The psu is stronger than you need for even a R9-290X. Thermaltake is possibly not the best quality unit.
