Is This RAM good? or is it over priced?

Is this RAM good or is it over priced? The RAM i am going to get is the crucial ballistix tactical lp 16gb or isn't it worth it? Also is it worth getting 16 gb RAM or should i only get 8gb? Will 8gb RAM be fine to run games like arma 3, arma 2, bf4, crysis 3, dead space 3 etc. and other modern games? The rest of my system is going to be;
Intel i5 4670k
Gigabyte z87x-d3h
MSI geforce gtx 760 twin frozr
cooler master hyper 212 evo
corsair cx builder 750w
Aerocool X-Predator X3 Evil Gaming Case

I think you would be much better off getting normal plain 1600 DDR3 ram and spending the money on a better graphics card like a 770 or 780.
It is a good RAM but 16GB is overkill and you can always upgrade later when more...

It is a good RAM but 16GB is overkill and you can always upgrade later when more RAM will become necessary. 8 Gigs is more than enough to run those games you mentioned and a graphics card upgrade could give you 200%+ increase instead of the couple of % increase gained by faster RAM. In general gaming RAM is also good to have, I prefer the Corsair Vengeance series or the cheaper Kingston HyperX RAM.
Your PSU is sufficient to run a 780even .
