Alright, so I built an intel build for a friend here are the specs
intel i5 4670k
corsair vengeance 2x4gb
EVGA gtx 780 3gb w/acx cooling
asus maximus vi Hero
Samsung 840 evo 120gb ssd
wd 2tb black
For some reason it keeps crashing, and upon opening task manager, and going to the performance tab it says that I only have .8 maximum speed on the CPU. On my own personal computer of a similar build is at 3.5 like normal.
Does anybody know why it would be at .8? The bios look normal, with the clock speed at normal.
