Blinking/ flickering display

Recently my display started blinking & sometimes it completely turns off. I've a core 2 duo, Hd7770, with a corsair cx430 psu. This build used to be working fine but since few days it's causing this problem.
p.s-I've overclocked the components but even tried with stock speeds. T.I.A...

Thanks for the quick reply but I plugged it into the onboard graphics port, seems ok. And yes the display turns off with tearing effect.

To talk about the video card it was replaced as I had a faulty one just a month ago. So, can you please tell me why the cards are dying so fast??

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that it even flickers on the bios screen. That narrows it down to the PSU & video card. Thanks for your support.
