I have a Cisco EPC3925 that keeps dropping my wifi connection/s. This is not a good thing for my household as we have 1 laptop, 2 tablets and 3 smart phones that absolutely rely on wifi.

Since my ISP requires the use of this infernal router, I've been looking into throwing it into Bridged Mode (something I've never done before) and getting a better router. One that can handle the above mentioned devices along with my PC and our 240Mbps+ speed. My problem is, I know next to nothing about routers as I've never had such an issue before and never had any particular desire to learn about them.

The bigger issue, particularly in December, is money. We can't afford very much, so I'm looking to spend as little as possible.

If it helps at all, I'm doing my shopping at alza.cz/EN. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

You shouldn't even need to bridge mode it; just get a WAP or router, turn off it's DHCP and change the IP address, and hook it up via LAN.

I'd go for one of these: http://www.alza.cz/d-link-go-rt-n300-d456806.htm

I'm not sure on the currency or what the budget is, but I think that's reasonably cheap.

You could also look at whether the existing router's antenna(s) are correctly connected.

Also, connect all devices that you can via Ethernet.

I've been away the last few weeks, but I'd like to strongly suggest not getting that. It's massively more than you need, and it's not cheap.

Plus I tend not to like people who link to stores, due to the old kickback issue.
