Hello,

I started repairing a failed custom built from a customer, i managed to fix everything and got it up and running. I installed Windows 7 properly. But once I updated the drivers for the graphics and usb controllers, .... he asked to reboot (like always) but then when he gets to the Windows 7 logo he reboots and gets in a loop. Even after shutting down the pc or even the psu, he is still stuck in the loop. I scanned the drivers for malware or virus but nothing was found.

System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @2.33GHz
ASUS P5P41D Motherboard
4 GB DDR2 800MHz (2x2GB)
WD 500GB SATA
ASUS GT220 1GB
350W PSU.
Windows 7 Pro 64bits

Please, if you use an abbreviation put the meaning behind it. I know most of them but not all.

Kind Regards.

Try to boot in safe mode. If sucsessfull, uninstall or disable that driver. Find the latest driver for the graphics. You don't have the install any USB drivers, because they're build in with the windows.
