My problem is that freezes and stuttering only occurs in source games like tf2 , dota ,cs go and gmod..I had already uninstall and install my gpu drivers for about 5 times and nothing changed. The stuttering became more worse when i updated my drivers to the latest version( amd catalyst 13.11 ). My cpu and gpu usage and temperature seems to be fine but my cpu and gpu usage strangely become very very very unstable in tf2 but not in the other source games that i had mentioned. I had also tried to play my games in windowed mode but nothing changed either.I had also i tried turning v-sync on which made the game stutter very badly. I thought that it might be a ram issue so i ran memtest86 and figured out that there was no error in my memory. I also had defragged my hard drive(i do this once a month). I want to know what causes the freezes..PLS HELP!!
