Basically, I'm gonna have around $200 dollars to spend on upgrading the hardware of my pc, and would like to know what would be the most bang for my buck in terms of running games at higher graphics settings, etc.
My current setup is:
Processor AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 3600 Mhz, 1 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 6.00 GB
Total Physical Memory 3.45 GB
Available Physical Memory 1.10 GB
Total Virtual Memory 4.45 GB
Available Virtual Memory 1.67 GB

Not sure what other information is necessary, let me know please.

Well in that case I think the 7770 that you found is a better option than the 7570. But the 7570 might make more sense in games supporting crossfire. It's kind of a toss-up. I'd opt for the 7770 Ghz edition personally.

Basically the best thing you can do as add a graphics card to the system. While the built in graphics on the new AMD A series chips are a big step forward they still aren't enough to play most triple A titles at decent graphics. If you get a Radeon 7570 (DDR version) it will run in crossfire with your onboard graphics card. That will probably give you the best bang for your buck, basically in some games (if they support it) you should be able to utilise both your onboard and discreet graphics.

I'd love to suggest an onslaught of $200 GPUs...unfortunately all of them would be bottlenecked by your CPU...You could go with something like a Radeon 7790, but I don't think you will get quite the performance you want...

Well the 7570 in crossfire would make more sense, but either way you won't get very good performance in modern games.

As Quakemz says unfortunately with your current machine you may struggle to get the latest games running at acceptable frame rates. But I think without going for a major upgrade, if you spend a little money on the 7570, it should make a noticeable difference and I think you should be able to get one for less than $100. Then you can save the rest of your money for a major upgrade when you have more cash.

I should have mentioned that I don't really expect to be playing graphical beasts like Battlefield 4 and such, so it's okay. Just literally looking for the best possible upgrade for around this price range. I appreciate all the help!
