I am currently replacing a hard drive on my Dell Inspiron 1420 for increased storage. Here is pictures of the original hard drive.

I bought this hard drive and it wouldn't fit into the slot:

I know the hard drive needed is a 5400rpm 2.5 Serial ATA drive right? The drive that was bought (second set of pictures) does not have the correct pin orientation to fit into the slot. It also appeared to be a bit smaller than the other battery.
Any help on if this hard drive WILL work or what exactly I need to buy would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
