you don't need a Z friendly overclock motherboard unless you plan a overclock and the S class isn't good for that. also get 2x4 gb ram or 2x8 for dual channel. an ssd for the system drive would also be great.

Thanks! I really forgot that I wont need a z87 unless I want to overclock it.
swapped the mobo with an h87 mobo.
swapped the ram with 2x4gb.
