What did I do to my hard drive?

When I look at the drives listed for my computer, not only does "Local Disk C" come up, but also "System Reserved E"and "New Volume F" show up. I only have the single hard drive as this is an ASUS laptop. I vaguely remember trying to do something with a virtual machine and trying to section off part of my hard drive somehow. Is there a way to undo this "split"? Sorry if this is a newbie question. I guess i shouldn't be tampering with things I don't know about.

Ok so C: drive is where your working Os is installed to.

System reserved: should be about 100mb in size, Windows creates that as a temporary place to expand files when installing windows.

And The F: drive was used to run the virtual machine to store and work done with it.

Use disk management of windows to delete the F: volume or shrink its size, it should relocate the space back to C:
Hi light the F: drive and right click to get the options to delete the volume or relocate the volume size.
