Looking to add a second 2nd EVGA gtx 680 (4 gb) to an ASUS z77-V system running on an OCZ Fatal1ty 750w psu. Will I have to upgrade the psu? Really hope not.
Thx for input!

Solution
Single GeForce GTX 680 - requires 38 Ampere on +12V rail and a 550W PSU minimum

Measured power consumption
1.System in IDLE = 144 W
2.System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 307 W
3.Difference (GPU load) = 163 W
4.Add average IDLE wattage ~10 W
5.Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 173 Watts

GeForce GTX 680 SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

So you meet the minimum requirements of power, and you will be fine with your current PSU, wont have to upgrade.
