Is the ASUS M5A97 Mainboard compatible with the EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660TI FTW+(3gb) graphics card and the AMD FX 8350(4gHz) processor?

the board is am3+ and supports fx chips up to 140w so yes.

any video card would world work on that board. it just is optimized for crossfire (two or more amd/ati cards). so yes.
