I recently bought a reference R9 290 (couldn't wait, unfortunately) and I know it gets hot and loud, so I need to solve the problem with the card.
Will this Accelero TT II solve the known issues with 290?
Is this cooler easy to assemble?
Will it need maintenance of some kind?
Is there another cooler I should look and compare?
