video playback issues

Using power DVD ultra 13 blue rays do not play. Using windows media player, home cinema media player classic I cannot play any of my downloaded movies that are mp, Mk, h264, the only thing I. CAn play back successfully is Aviv's and regular DVDs. I put my whole rig in the post already. Sorry just a lot to type again
