Jumping from a 560 Ti to a 780 would dramatically increase the amount of FPS you get. You can play on Ultra with pretty much any GPU, but the more important factor is how much FPS will you get with said card.

Do you know what FPS you are getting on Assassins Creed 4?
Some people never check and are quite happy with low FPS.
You might also need to upgrade your PSU if you get a GTX780 depending on what you currently have

so its basically more about how smooth the game plays and not the graphics so much??
i have a rosewell 750 modular psu..
and i play on my 60" vizio smart tv.. i think its 120.. may be 60 hz tho.. and ive nvr run fraps but it runs decently smooth to the eye
